Kineflex|C Cervical Disc |
The Kineflex Disc (lumbar) and the Kineflex|C Disc (cervical) are total disc replacements designed to treat patients suffering from degenerative disc disease (DDD) in the lumbar or cervical spine. The artificial disc preserves motion at the treated spinal segment allowing a patient to potentially maintain their natural range of motion. The unique all-metal, three-piece design optimizes versatility and potentially minimizes wear. |

Kineflex Lumbar Disc |
The Kineflex and Kineflex|C Discs are weight-bearing, modular implants consisting of two keeled endplates and one semi-constrained, fully articulating cobalt chrome core. There are a number of sizes available to accommodate anatomical differences. The maximum range of motion of the Kineflex Discs (as designed, without any anatomic constraints) is ±12° flexion-extension, ±12° lateral bending. The Kineflex Discs are unconstrained in rotation. |
